Linksys Wireless Router Q

I'm using a Linksys WRK54G wireless router and WPC54G PCI card (2.4GHz 54Mbps), on an Inspiron 2600 (XPSP2). My broadband is thru IBB (Breeze 1Mbps).

Everything works fine if I run an ethernet cable direct from the IBB IDU box; and also works fine when I cable thru my Router.

But when I switch to my wireless PCI card, the Router bumps be off every hour, and I get "No signal" message in Windows. Does anyone know why this is / how to fix it?!

    Some of my router settings:
    - Local DCHP enabled
    - Number of DCHP addresses: 2
    - Client Lease: 65535 mins (max allowed)
    - Wireless Mode: G Only
    - Channel: 2.477 GHz
    - SSID Broadcast: Off
    - Security: WPA Pre-shared
    - Algorithims: TKIP
    - Group Key Renewal: 3600 (max allowed)
    - MAC Filtering: Enabled (for PC & PCI Card)
    - Basic Rates: Default
    - Control TX: Auto
    - Preamble: Long (auto)
    - Authentication: Auto
    - CTS Protection: Disabled
    - Beacon Interval: 100
    - DTIM Interval: 1
    - Fragmentation Threshold: 2346 (max)
    - RTS Threshold: 2432

Hope this makes sense to someone out there!
What good is a wireless router than drops you every hour?!
