spiritual connection?

Someone replied to a previous post by me suggesting that I may have a spiritual connection with someone....is this the type of thing that I would have had to agree to enter into and necessitates the consent of both parties in order to break?

How/where would I get a spiritual exorcism or be able to read more about it even....

What is it that makes you feel this connection is necessarily a bad thing?

I remember that after a reminder of a traumatic incident I came into contact with someone that made me swear some kind of oath of a penchant or cross she had and that it was very important that I believe in it......

I don't know what it is

If you werent aware of or hurt by such a connection up to now, why worry about it? We all get told things, all the time, they may or may not be true. Personally, I would simply forget about it.

If you are having specific problems that you think are connected to this, perhaps elaborate here and you may get more advice.

well ok....I had a traumatic incident as a child and kind of left myself go one year....now years later I'm shocked and appalled by some of the things I remember...

I got a little depressed and think I agreed to something like this....basically a while ago I bought a cross. When I got it blessed and wore it I suddenly felt a burning sensation all throughout my body and had to remove it...I also experienced a uncontrollable erection!!

Perhaps people think I'm going a little loco....but I find myself remembering certain weird sexual encounters also......

I went on antidepressants and they helped but the minute I go off them the memories return....I'm concerned that the connection is a parasitical one and not symbiotic as I was initially lead to believe...I agreed at first so that it would help.....

maybe I was just being wound up but the cross experience scared me..

Its difficult to discuss on these forums though.
If the traumatic incident involved another person..is that person still alive?

PI? Surely paranormal forum and paganism are ideal. I can't imagine that discussing a parasitic spiritual connection would be well recieved on PI...

Paganism isn't ideal, what with it having absolutely nothing to do with Paganism. I moved this one to Paranormal because of the way the thread had gone more paranormal-y than PI-y and another to PI as well as the one Thaed moved to PI. None of them had a single thing to do with Paganism.

Gabriel Wailing Sidewalk, regardless of where you posted, you want help. The question for me is whether your problem comes from worry and stress in your own mind caused by earlier experiences, or whether it has an external paranormal cause again prompted by your earlier experiences. I dont know enough about your situation, plus Im no psychologist. All I can say to you about this, is that you have ability within you to overcome this thing. If you feel an external entity is affecting you, you have the power and light within you to reject it. Nothing can have a hold over you if you refuse to let it. But you need to make yourself strong, and thats where your doctor will help - go back on the antidepressants if theyve been good before. Use a counsellor to help you get over what has happened to you, and IF there is a paranormal element involved here, you will be stronger and able to tackle it.
