    Hi
    I bought 2 canon a95 camers from internetdirect.co.uk on the 4/08/05
    after nearly 2 weeks they finally sent same , which have now gone missing from Dublin Couriers . Cant get Internetdirect on the phone as no phones available for the month of August . Visa basicly to get lost as they have no insurance on internet sales . Parcellink in Dublin couldn`t care less . So what do I do now . Have emailed Internetdirect , but they dont answer emails
    ANY ADVICE MUCH APPRECIATED

    if the courier in Dublin lost/misplaced them, surely it's up to them to replace or reimburse; assuming there was some kind of insurance on them. Odd that VISA told you to take a walk, I thought all credit card companies cover sales on the internet.

    I would keep on to internetdirect. Haunt them... if they dont answer emails, ring them. keep ringing them. ring and ring and ring until your dialling finger is raw and bloodied.

    If you have to you can threaten them with https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp . I threatened this to overclockers.co.uk, who got back to me straight away when I mentioned it to them (eventually in a fax). It sounds like bull that they are "away" for the month of August. Let them know you are fully prepared to use the above service.
