I think J.J. Arrington could have a very good year.....Cardinals to win the NFC West.

No way the falcons are winning the AFC.

It's going to be the eagles or vikings in the SB against the Steelers, Patriots or Colts.

I bet on the Pats in 2003/2004 and won, then bet against them last year (€35 on the Colts at 7-1) and paid the price. If they come back with a team equal in both offence and defence this year, I'm not putting money down against them. That said, I'd love to see the Colts and Manning get it.

But my cold hard cash is going on the Patriots, who will retain most of last year's roster of champions.

    Superbowl winner: Patriots (unfortunately)
    AFC Final winner: Patriots
    NFC final winner: Seahawks
Team(s) that does better than expected:Cincinnati,Cowboys
Top offensive rookie: Ronnie Brown miami
Top defensive rookie: David Pollack Cincinnati

Just to let you know if anyone is interested, www.bestsportsapparel.com is a great place to go if anyone is looking for football jerseys, and US sports gear in general, just picked up 2 Football tops for $20 each (sure they are last years but so what). Have got plenty of gear off them before very reliable, and the best thing is that they only charge $17 for delivery to ireland for any size order AFAIK. Worth a look if you are after that kind of stuff, it's such a rip-off here.

Yet another off season that I completely lost touch with the going on's in the NFL..I'm a bucs fan and have followed their "progress" by going onto their site other than that all I know is that Jerry Rice has retired. I don't think the Bucs have the stuff to contend this year and just going on the dominance of the last few seasons The Patriots will be the team to beat again and unless they got played out by the salary cap this summer which I don't think they would of I think most of their players were already signed up at the end of last season then my prediciton would have to be them

Alex Smith may struggle to get RoY if he's not playing.

I've never been more disappointed with a pick....Mike Williams, Braylon Edwards, Cedric Benson, Ronnie Brown, Cadillac Williams, Antrell Rolle all would have filled needs, and all will be better NFL players. In my opinion.
