Psp to iriver otg connection

I know you can use a hard drive wih otg to transfer files to your psp. I have an iriver h140 which doesnt have otg, so I'm looking for a device that I can use to connect my iriver to my psp so I'll have 40gb of storage to use with my psp. I've been looking at devices like this link but i'm really not sure if it will work.…

You won't be able to stream anything from the Hard drive. It's only useable to copy files onto the MS. I'm not even sure if that's doable with the i-river.
