SAS airlines had cheap flights a while back to Scandinavian destinations - check out their website.

I went with SAS about a month ago (package deal so don't know how much flight was) and it was about 500 including accomadation for 5 nights in a 4 star hotel. Norway is crazy expensive but defo worth it, Oslo is a lovely city.
