Can anyone suggest a good FTP client that can integrate with Firefox? I ask, as I'm behind a work firewall, which allows Firefox out, and I can't install program that access the registry, so, and suggestion? Thanks.

eve if u were to install the ftp extension are u sure you'll be able to ftp to remote servers? They might have the ftp port blocked. Normal HTTP traffic (webpages) is on a diferrent port than FTP (80 vs 21).

yeah as irlrobins says it is not dependent on the program you are accessing with, ftp needs the ports to be open so the protocol works, port 21 and port 20 as far as I remember.
The only other option is a port redirect so that ftp would use port 80 but most modern firewalls will spot the protocol anomaly and block the redirected ftp traffic.
