there's probably irony in there somewhere. ;)

Tell me this, is there any men riding old style bikes with a basket on the front full of Croisoints, wearing hamburgeler style jumpers with a ring of garlic cloves around there necks wearing berets saying oui oui oui oui oui

I was thining about that because I am going away on Saturday. You know the way there is a life jacket under your seat. Could they not change it for a parachute?

    airports bore me
always stupid delays due to air traffic control

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 522 ✭✭✭JungleBunny

That definitely has to be one of the funniest sterotypes!!!

They even have guys dressed like that, cycling around the Paris hotel in Vegas with baguettes in the baskets attached to the front of their bikes :D

Wonder what part of France Americans holiday in, coz I have never seen a french person like that before

Given a choice between being sucked into a jet engine, whilst being simultaeneously freeze-dried, or sucking hard on the oxygen and letting the pilot do what he's been trained to do, I'll go for the latter...

pfft...havent you seen "LOST" ....if the plane crashes it will be an adventure where you get stranded in a mystical place where theres a monster and you'll have flashbacks of past instances in your life

    i wish I was going on a plane :(

The flight was ok except it arrived in the airport an hour late, then spent another hour waiting for space on the runway because of the original lateness. Don't think I will be flying again soon.

i was stranded in Madrid in February (or possibly March) for 7 hours because of a blizzard.

wtf. not the first thing you'd think of in the 'top 10 reasons to get stranded in madrid'.

    hee hee hee

Unless you were stranded in an airport full of beautiful Spanish women who all yearn for an Irish man. Then that would be my number one reason.

Why do I bother living in reality, its so dull in comparison!

On the downside you'll have to share the adventure with a hobbit.
