heya im staying in cuirt na coiribe in september!just wondering how strict they are!im in4bedroom apartment!would they give you hassle for bringing a girl back?

As far as i know you're grand once you're not causing a disturbance/noise pollution.

Corrib Village, however, is a different and far more draconian kettle of fish.

think they are kinda stict on noise? inlike that draconian kettle of dung i lived in.

You wont get hassle for bringin a girl back...unless ur flatmates see her an she's fat an mingin.....They have a load of really strict rules posted up but dont worry they dont enforce most of them. The apartmenta are supposed to be non-smoking, non-noise, non-party complex but Ive done all of these things here and only got hassled by security once. And that was cos ew were pissed off our heads at about 4pm still goin from the night before...but all security said was to keep it down an we didnt and they didnt even come back. Id say u'll be grand

im staying in cuirt na corribe too, in a four bedroom!! theyre nice arent they!! i only know two other girls coming up from my home in west cork so i hope its d atmosphere in d place is friendly!

cuirt seems like a nice place,strict rules though.

Student villages tend to be stricy. But compared to some of the GMIT (Glan na Ri) in particular its quiet and come Halloween youll know exactly what i mean by quiet :-)

lived there for final year (last year). was actually quite surprised at the way it was run. the only hassle i got off security was for climbing onto the smoking shelters the first night there. brought the gf back loads and they never said a word.
corrib village was a different story.
does anyone remember that one security guard in CV that was literally the biggest douche in the world?
