Komplett Delivery

Hi guys,
I ordered a new monitor from komplett.ie on the 22nd of July. The monitor was expected to be stocked by the 8th of August and a 4 day delivery time, (12th August).
It seems that the monitor still isn't even in stock yet!!!
Has anyone else had delivery issues like this with komplett, or am I just a bit unlucky?

you're a bit unlucky. they are usually spot on and the guy that delivered my stuff is a good laugh

yeah man komplett dont usually **** around with deliveries there normally there 3 or 4 days ON THE SPOT

and there guys who deliver are dead sound

Its nt a question of their delivery, its a question of when they will have it in stock. In that regard they can be very messy, They are very speculative with the dates they expect to have stuff back in.

only place i fault komplett is there pricing on DHL and the choice of other courier (Generally Lacking Service)

DHL pricing is expensive, but well worth it IMO. I got DHL for my delivery today. It was picked up in holland yesterday at 6pm and delivered to my door at 9am this morning. Hard to fault that. You get what you pay for there.

They do offer "an post" too for the cheap option, which I would choose in a heartbeat over GLS. Never had any problems with the national postal service.

ALWAYS wait till something is IN stock. This is always the case with every company I've ever bought from. It's just not worth it ordering till its in. You could be waiting a very long time. Stock dates are usually just guides and are often let down.
