Network Drives not reconnecting after reboot

Hey guys, I have a slight problem of network drives that I map not reconnecting after a reboot. I have ticked the "reconnect at logon", but still when I reboot the drives are gone? Does anyone have any idea's why this would be happening? Or if it needs to be resolved on the permissions side?
