Buliding a budget PC

It's been about two years since I've built a PC and even looked at the price of computer parts so I need you lovely people to use help me out on on what parts to buy for a pretty cheap PC.

It's just gonna be used by my little brother and sister so as I said, I need this to be cheap...no more than €500.

I have absolutly no parts for it so it's all going to be built from scratch.

So, any suggestions?

If you're going that low end, you may as well get a cheap dell - in that price range, they're very hard to beat.
