The seriousness of the issue set aside as it is statutory rape, if you were a young school boy wouldn't you want to have a PE teacher like this. From a male perspective, if the roles were reversed I would consider this even more shocking (even though my reaction should be equally disgusted).

Far to many people took the moral high ground when in reality I doubt there are many boys of that age who'd pass up the opportunity or ever regret it.

I have to say I wouldn't have said no either!

I'm 50/50 on this one. On one hand I'd say that it the relationship was clearly consentual but on the other hand she is a teacher, she has a repsonsibility and shouldn't go around shagging her 13 year old students. She obviously is screwed up in the head but only 9 months? I'd have no doubt that if it was a male teacher and a 13 year old female student the punishment would be far more significant.

You'd be surprised how common this teacher/student relationship thing actually is in this country. I have known a couple of teenage students (one male, one female) who have been almost certainly in some form of relationship with a teacher (not from my former school though).

Oh and you can be damn sure if it were a 28 year old male teacher and a 13 year old female he'd be locked up for far more than 9 months, but i suppose that's understandable enough.
