But the "between the chair and the keyboard" error occurs so much, it's very difficult to get new and interesting ones!

Well, what you do is... get a piece of paper and write down a list of words or phrases... stick it in the photocopier and give copies to other support personel in your immediate vacinity. (Or you could be fancy and make a nicely formatted Word document with checkboxes added)
So you end up with people using phrases like "I'm afraid we're going to have to re-align the trans-warp plasma manifold, which may take some time."
Or you can keep it simple by making people incorporate single words into the conversation... like "flaccid" or "engorged".
