Confused - Where is my promotion / unlock?

:confused: OK - so I've finally managed to get to 10527 (no cheating, stat whoring etc.. just sweat and long hours of mayhem) but then....nothing. Absolutely nothing. I thought the next promotion was 10500 and it came with an unlock???? Can anyone explain / clarify? Thanks. c0y0te
