Right I've searched through the old threads and all that jazz and i haven't found a solution. Mebbe i just didn't look hard enough. But anyways back on topic.

I put a drive from and old computer into my new computer today. a 20gig IDE. I am trying to format it. Everytime i right-click it and ask to format it says it can't. I know why you can't do it if you are using one drive. But i assumed that the program on my main drive would wipe the data of the new drive.

Any help would be appriciated.
