Create a Hyperlink icon on desktop

    Hey all,

    Just a little noob question if anybody can answer this...i say noob because you probably can't even do this but...

    Is there any way to create an icon on my desktop, that is a hyperlink

    For example to have a Boards.ie icon on my desktop that when clicked will automatically bring up Boards.

    Doesn't matter if you can't, i'm just sick of opening Favourites.

    Right click -> New -> Shortcut -> Enter www.boards.ie -> Name it -> Hot damn!

    Yup its easy :)

    Right click on your desktop, go to
    New-> shortcut

    Then type in 'www.boards.ie'
    click next
    Then type in 'Shortcut to boards' (or w/e you want to call it)

    click finish :)
