    Hi guys

I dont know anything about this so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have very little experience and a number of reasons for looking at doing it, one mainly being learning how to deal with adrenalin in a confrontational situation,

Could someone give me some information on clubs, gyms in the stillorgan, dunlaoghaire area?

Prices of class, when they are on etc, or ideally any gyms that are open at gym hours but dedicated to this!!

Sorry if its a bit long,

    Fianna Fight School!

Located in Dundrum, I think. That's probably the closest.

There is also Dave Jones BJJ club in Loughlinstown leisure centre
which is the 7 bus terminus
they train Wed (bjj) 7pm to 8.30pm
Sat 12pm to 1.30 pm (fight class (MMA))
Sun 12pm to 1.30 pm BJJ
its 7 euro per class beginners welcome , there are a good few at the moment

There is the UCD BJJ club, the board moderator Colm O Reilly is the instructor
I find the club a good relaxed fun learning enviroment, UCD would be on the 46a bus route training last year was Tuesdays and Thursdays 5pm to 6pm.
This will be kicking off in September again with a good few newbies and I'm sure Colm would be more than happy to have u along.

I'd recommend Fianna Fight School, Stokes' excitement for MMA is unparallelled, plust they're all a good bunch of guys down there.

UCDBJJ will be kicking off again in September, keep your eye on our website and forum for details.

If you want to travel further afield, Two Kings is right on the 75 bus route, and SBG Harold's X has classes on almost everyday.
