Just do it yourself, get a plastic bag, put a few holes in it, drag your hair through and put some domestos on it. Kills all know germs, dead.

i used Bblonde for my hair,just put it in randomly when i got a haircut and it looks cool now that my hair is longer and the sun has lightened it
