    Disgraceful.

Can't believe this, what is the point of punishing someone and then not following it through?

He deserved his ban. Couldn't understand why he was appealing. Stupid decision.

This is bollocks. How can he get away with that? Paul Brady's "stamp" on Gormley wasn't half as bad and he got 3 months for it. McMenamin should get that time at least.

I have to say I thought the stamp was worse, but at least he didnt stamp on the opponents head. I am surprised the ban was lifted, but not shocked. I did think the fould merited at least 1 month, but that aside I am hoping his return will not make too much difference to the result on Saturday. I would make Tyrone marginal favourites in this match, but of course will be hoping Dublin can take them. There is not too much in between the teams in my opinion, although I expect plenty of people will disagree with that.

McMenamin's tackle is easily one of the worst in the championship. As I stated before, he could have seriously injured the Armagh player.

I've just lost any shred of respect I had for the GAA's disciplinary bodies. In what other sport is a player allowed to lunge at an opponent's neck/face with their knee and get away with it!?

    Bit of a farce.

I hope Dublin can put an end to this Tyrone team, they have been playing on the trot without a break for a long time due to replays etc.

Dublin ftw, can't wait to watch this match

    that is a f@ckin disgrace

in fact it's a disgrace that they even appealed it, how could they appeal that , feckin technicality or no technicality

sort it out GAA, come on

Tyrone have appealed Paul McGrane's suspension as well. It's not going to be looked at until a week's time but I bet he'll get off too.

Tyrone will have a chance if they contain Stephen O'Neill. The Cavan backline managed it in the first game so I don't see why Dublin couldn't.

The rest of Tyrone's forward line has been poor and they've been relying on O'Neill too much.

That said, I think Tyrone are far stronger than Dublin at midfield which could be a key battle.
