    Hi,
    I suggest that you have a look around various petshops that stock alot of juwel products. If they do, then they more than likely have an account with juwel. Print that page and bring it along, it shouldn't be too much trouble for it to be ordered for you.

    If they don't have it on the site, they can normally get most things in for you within a couple of days... so worth a try. Also, works out a bit cheaper than your local petshop.
