Reduced BankRoll Question

For various Non-Poker related reasons I had to withdraw about 2/3's of my Bankroll recently, I had been playing profitably and comfortably at 30+3 SNG's, .25/.50 NL Ring Games and MTT's, now that I am playing with a reduced BR, I'm wondering how best to build it back up again.

I've found that I can't play at my normal levels anymore, because I'm too worried about the variance and so am not playing my normal game, I'm much too tight and more likely than before to fold to a re-raise. So apart from the obvious rules concerning not playing at levels that your BR can't support, my game isn't what it should be at these levels anyway.

So my question is this should I drop down to .05/.10 NL Ring Games or lower SNG's or both, the reason I'm asking this is because I've found at the lower level Ring Games it's not as exciting (for me), there's less scope to make moves. I'm not so much worrying about getting outdrawn, but it removes all the subtlety from my game (the fun part for me - how many times do you get AA or flop the nuts!!), and leaving me with no option but to just wait for hands and play ABC, sledgehammer poker.

And my problem with the low level SNG's is the tiny rate of return for what could be over an hour of play.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated, perhaps play more tables at a time or play ring games to fund MTT's and hope for a big win, (I've had some nice cashes in the past) but as everyone knows the amount of times you get a big win in these is small.
