Place in Mayo called Anghadeffin?

    Does anyone know of a small village in Co. Mayo callled Anghadeffin, or something similar?

    never heard of but if you clarify what part of the county you think it might be near of what town its near, it may make it easier to narrow down .

    Its ok, my mate got the name wrong, its Aughadeffin, which is apparently near Ballyhaunis. Thanks anyway.

    Its off the N83 approx 10 miles north of Ballyhaunis.

    I always thought it was ont he same road as Urlaur... multimap.com thinks differently?!

    Aughnadeffin (devin to locals) is a townland, as someone said, beside the village of Urlaur, just off the Kilkelly/Ballyhaunis road.
