    First Hand,

I would prob just check here. If he has Q10, QK you will probably get one more bet out of him, but you could also walk into a check/reraise for all your chips. Its not exactly the only hand to call you will have you beaten but its not far off it.

    Second Hand.

I think you are behind. If you thought you were ahead I would have put him all in after the turn. Its possible he might just have As but by just calling the turn you are giving him the chance to hit his flush. I reckon he has a made flush.

First Hand: I don't like the bet on the turn, less than a third of the pot. I would check behind on the end here, for the same reasons that Neil has stated.

Second Hand: I would have folded on the turn. But seeing as you didn't, I would definitely fold on the river. There is no hand he could have here that doesn't have you beat. His call on the flop and raise on the turn smack of either a flopped flush or a flopped set. Even if he only had top pair on the flop, he now has trips. I think this is a clear fold.

Against a tricky/good player hand hand 1 you should check so that you dont get blown off your hand. But I would often still bet for value, folding to a raise because you can only really beat a bluff.

Hand 1: Bet 2/3 the pot on the turn. Check behind on the river

    Hand 2: Fold Fold Fold!!!

Missing out on value on the river is one of the biggest leaks good/tight players have. Against a normal opponent you will almost never be check raised bluffed on the river so if you think your hand is good, and you will get called by a worse hand, then you are making a huge mistake by routinely checking behind. The river is where the bet is biggest so its where you can make the most profit. Betting big on the river with medium strength hands is also good for all types of other reasons, but most of all it makes it difficult for players to play against you.

    Thanks for the replies..
Yeah my turn bet with AQ was very weak..
I Checked behind on river also weak...He showed A9!!

I called the turn bet with JJ because I thought he had naked As...I considered pushing...I was raising alot..I felt he was sick of being pushed...After calling the turn bet..I called the river bet...He showed 43c..MHIG ..Still not sure on this one..Thanks again for responses.

Hopefully I can post more interesting, and better played hands later..Cheers

Hand 1: Bet more on the turn as others have said, I'd have bet the river for value personally, villain has showed no strength at all, if he had a better hand than you then I think he would have bet the river so that you wouldn't check behind. No point going in him going for a check-raise on the river.

Hand 2: Villains turn raise would have me thinking he either has a small made flush and doesn't want you to see a cheap river with As, or else it's a bluff by him with a spade in his hand. I'd call down but wouldn't be happy about it.
