FTA card/Epg Question

    I have recently bought a FTV card from an English satellite website for £39stg. I was wondering how long this card would last me. I have been told by a contact, that it will last 3 years, but not to sure.

    Can anyone help here as I am buying more cards for family. It is one of the newer cards with the yellow house on it and the new phone number (0870 8500033).

    Also in the time I've been using this card, when I switch back to my Irish Sub card, (only the) Paramount channel goes a bit mad on the EPG. It sometimes gives me a date in November, when I use the arrow keys to browse through channels.

    Is this my box or has anyone else found this either using their normal Irish card or via an English card.

    My Sky+ box is a Pace (3.024)

    Paramount seems to be going tits up at the moment, i dont think its anything to do with your FTV card.

    sorry to jump in on the thread but i have an older sky uk card not with the yellow house any idea how long this will work for.
