just had a quick comparison with some of the gfx cards and they still work out a bit more expensive then jes, and their prices are ex-vat, so add that on and they work out a lot more expensive then jes, they have got a good range of stuff though

interesting place but as said when you vector in vat then price is not that good (I know I can beat em ;) ) and postage - Most of my stuff I get sent is at 15 uero - even the stuff from my Dublin supplier (Dublin - Cork).
There gonna catch a few folk with the vat not showing - sneaky IMHO

Yeah, it seems to be a thing with Irish retailers specifically.

Really a crafty shower of shysters all.

I thought there was a thing where vat had to be shown where the general public is concerned? I know I have to add vat when I order stuff from my suppliers but thats different - thats wholesale. or is it vat has to be included? I know Dell do this as well which is why there prices look so good all the time but lately as well I have noticed a change in this policy.

I think there is a loophole for online. Yes in shops everything has to be +VAT but online no. Dell only do -VAT in the biz section. I wanna know who your cork supplier is

Trade Only Supplier. i.e. You have to apply and be recommended by a fellow engineer as being in the trade (Computers ).

btw Price comparison - there mini atx case @ 59+vat+20euro postage = 91.39

    I can (If I wanted to) supply a similar case @ 52+vat+15euro postage = 77.92

edit: Just been comparing Toshiba Laptop/Notebook prices - I could knock a hundred of there final price and still be in profit! (Not that I would knock a hundred of obviously :D )
