Kickboxing North Dublin

Im thinknig of Joining a Kickboxing class in North Dublin im Currently doing boxing but would like to improve my Kicking and Flexibility so im looking for a recommendation for clubs in the north Dublin area around Donaghmede Raheny Killester and Clontarf areas, also if anybody knows the training times as id like to work them around work and boxing

Also try this kickboxing club www.safe.ie is based in Killester, I can't remember the training times, but the website has conact details, so drop him a line.
