This is not a bad beat story, its meant to be amusing.....key word AMUSING. 8 oclock last night, very bored nothing on TV. Im on a three day poker break but i decide **** it, a good night of LIVE poker will sort me out. Anywayz I order a Taxi, from Rochestown Avenue to town, 30 minutes max..it arrives at 8.02.......first cass service. I ring the fitz and tell Luke to stick me in but i might be 10 minutes late...........the driver is a lunatic and i get to the fitz at 8.25 register and have a chat with the lads and take my seat. Im in seat 34....seat 33 is vacant so im under the gun first hand....i look down and see KK, hmmm i thinks to myslef its going to be a very good night.........now im a sly ****er so i just flat call, get two callers and it goes all the way to the big blind...who dually raises from 50 to 400....i go str8 into acting mode, and eventually raise the pot to 1200..........MR X obliges me with some acting skills of his own and actually says....'ahh feck it, all in'....i call as fast as humanly possible......I show my KK, only to the beautiful words of 'unlucky mate, as he flips over AA'.........class....i was in the tournament for less than a minute..........very confusing....anyway straight to the pub for lots of anti tilt juice............and the rest is history!!!!!!!!

Ah Niall i ws wondering was Ocallagh yourself, yes i was dazed and confused walking out...all i can remember is Alan laughing at me as I was walking off with my head held in shame....lol very funny though, next time i arrive fashionably LATE!!!!!!

Just your luck to get the taxi man from hell, who actually got you to the Fitz early?? Not to worry there's always next week.

Yes, this is a clear case of the cabbie being to blame
