Are there any functioning licenced muzzleloaders in the country at the moment? Black powder imports presumably are tricky, but is pyrodex an alternative?

There is a group in Cavan, can't recall the name at the minute but they were at Emo in June.

Are they working on theatrical type licences?

Considering I spent a day stood beside them at emo (clay pigeon area), I should have remembered them actually!

What's the story with theatrical/living history licences? Is there a different non-propelant powder used?
