Power Management on External Hard Drives

    ...any idea how to set this up, I'd like them to spin down if they aren't accessed in X minutes (they are getting a bit hot compared to my Maxtor One Touch drives that do this automatically.) In Control Panel > Power I can only see an option to set this system-wide. The drives are Seagate Barracudas in seperately bought USB 2 enclosures.
