memcard exploit tutorial?

Looking for a decent one with pics and noob proof :D What i have Unmodded PS2 Network Adapter 40Gb HD 20Gb USB HD 1 Jap import game. And getting Action replay with max drive, plan to use that on PC to write to mem card, boot to Hdloader CDR and load game to HD. Thats the plan anyway now how do i do it :D kdjac
