    Scrutinizing eyes glare at me from the shadows
    Reading every word I write
    Hearing every syllable I speak
    Stealing every though I think

    I am never right
    Not in your eyes
    Not in hers
    And not in his

    No matter where I hide
    No matter where I turn
    No matter how I fail my sight
    They find me and their eyes, they burn

    Searing hot pokers
    Red from flame
    Piercing through me
    But who is to blame.
