Did anyone see this gruesome film yet?

I hadn't a clue what it was about before i headed into the cinema but it is really a shocking film set in the 70s.
Lots of killing, general mayhem with the weirdest of characters who put across the message that they are like some sort of sadastic worshipping cult bent on killing with a smile!!
Great soundtrack and the film has plenty of twists as the characters develop.

Would recommend it as one of the best horror type flicks to come out this year.

Loved it, but it's not for everyone. Recommend you watch the first film before you go see it (HOATC). I saw about 4 people leave the cinema, haha.

Have yet to see this! House of 1000 Corpses was incredible IMO, and this looks like it should be even better!

Baby is, IIRC, Rob Zombies wife! Other than "LUCKY BASTID" there's not much else you can shout at him over that! :(

So, its worth going to see then?! ;)

She is. Her name is Sheri Moon (or Sheri Moon Zombie, or Sheri Moon Cummings). She rocks. She used to be in all his videos aswell, as the go-go dancer girl. I think she was well suited for this part, but he wrote it for her so I guess that make sense, heh.

I didn't think much of House of 1000 Corpses. Thought it was a poor enough version of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I'll sit this one out until it comes out on dvd.
I heard a lot of people talk about a so-called 'shocking' scene in a motel room, so I'm kinda curious about that!

Yeah just saw it there, I thought HOTC was, as someone said, pretty bad. Loved this though, really hit the spot for me in all the places HOTC failed to.

Great acting all around, absolutely loved the sherrif. Very, very interesting that by the end of the film, we start thinking of the family as the innocent poor victims, and the sherriff as the madman, without realising!

Anyway, it's a great flick, certainly gruesome but not in the extreme explicit sense I might have expected...lots of grisly bits in there though, more then enought to keep a fan happy.

DId anybody not find this funny? I was in stictches in some parts. I'm not a real fan of horror but i loved this film. Certainly not what i expected. Cracking sound track. Didn't see how the truck driver never breaked a bit stupid. Also who was that freak at the end?i know he was there at the start but he wasn't human. maybe i needed to see the other film. Definetly recommend it. I enjoyed this thoroughly considering the last film i saw was the descent! Which was not my type of film at all!
