NTL chopping/changing all day

I've spent much of the day in front of the cricket and the NTL signal on both digital and analogue has been interupted several times, in the first break the signal will stall on digital and then return with lower sound and wrong picture framing (the two bars top and bottom go), the analogue text also dissapears.
After a while another "bump" and everything returns to the correct set-up.

Is anyone else suffering this (me in Waterford) on either transmission system?.
