OK well the makers of the driving theory test book and CD have decided to update it all into KPH. And guess what those kind lovely people did? For the book: Re-printed it as old but included a 5 page seperate chapter on the new speeds. Those who have the old book, will have to buy the new book to avail of this tiny lil leaflet of changes. For the CD: re-created it with new speeds and stuff set in. Those who have the old CD will have to re-buy the CD to avail of the new update. Maggots.

The DTTS send you out a pamphlet with all the questions that have been changed in the old book. The pamphlet has all the new questions and outlines which pages and questions thereon are no longer to be asked so you can cross them out of the book. The pamphlet is actually handy because it contains the only questions you might need to memorise (stopping distances). IMO the rest of the book is common sense and is not necessary for anyone who knows the rules of the road.

well we have to have some way to keeo idiots from driving, taking a few numbers in a test and multiplying by 8 and dividing by 5 might be setting the bar a bit high tho, i accept that

Jaysus, it's not as though we're talking about differential calculus here...

The rate of change of the ridiculously low speed limits on urban dual carriageways=0 :D

Not all of us can do maths as good as yourself then. I myself hate Maths and find even multiplication and division not the easiest - feel safer with a calculator.

Dont expect all of us to be as intelligent as yourself, we are all different after all.
