Every Night when lying in bed I suddenly contract a blocked nose which means I have fumble around for 2 hours trying to make myself before finally nodding off. When I wake up the following morning I still have the blocked nose which means I have to wait around ten minutes before respiratory system functions properly. Someone told me you can get a vessel removed which elimanates any possibility of any futureblockage. I am into my early teens but none of my peers seem to have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm not really too sure what you are describing. A visit to your GP with a potential referral to an Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) specialist may be helpful.

Nose problems are fairly common and many relate to allergy. Do you notice yours is seasonal?

Yes - you'd be better off going to a doctor rather than trying to get a diagnosis here.
