Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It was an attempt at humour, I believe. Serious answers from now on, people!

Learning a language on your own is very tough, but if you really want to try it, head to your library. I'm actually trying to learn Russian too, and I managed to get a book and some tapes from my library. Very handy.

As well, if you try the language and like it, you should try and get a Russian dictionary. They're not hard to get and can be very useful. But make sure that it's one that contains the declensions - very important.

By the way, I've only been learning Russian for the past few weeks, but I have to admit that it's an absolutely beautiful, fantastic language. The first major hurdle is the Cyrillic lettering, and if you can get past that then you're well on your way :D

    Υдача! (Good luck!)

By the way, I'm just curious, why do you want to learn and speak Russian?

They're pretty much the same reasons why I started learning Russian.

As I said, it's a wonderful language and you should enjoy learning it. Let us know how its going. :)
