    How can i disconnect the power to a house from the outside?

    We will say from the white box on the outside or something??

    If it's an emergency or something you can pull the main fuse from the meter its usually a black cartrige fuse about four inches long. But these are sealed by the ESB so you really shouldn't go near them. As the ESB will want to know why the seal has been broken.
