Wow, that's a real beauty, kennier.

    Superb workmanship!

Thanks! I hope so anyway. Buying without trying makes me a bit nervous but the seller seems a decent sort. Review are are pretty positive about it as well.

    Wow, you bought that!

Damn you! I had my eye on it!

Nice choice though. I think you'll be very happy with it. Their level of quality is so far over their main competitors.

I'd say your best bet for getting a Heritage would be on ebay USA. There's a few floating around at the moment.

Well I just bougth a G&L legacy so I had no money. I mailed the seller of the Heritage & said I was interested if he got no takers but wouldn't have money for a few weeks. He got back to me just after the auction ended with a nice reduction in the starting price...how could I refuse :)

There was a H150CM special going the other day. I was interested in that only it has dot start type inlays rather than the les paul rectangles. I thought it cheapened the look a bit. It went for $725 which is pretty cheap I think

And a G&L?!?!? You sir have excellent taste.

Yeah it's funny really. I'm a mad Hendrix fan and always wanted a white strat but LPs always appealed too. Now I have a strat from post fender days and a LP from post Gibson days. Maybe it's just that I'm cheap or maybe it's that I'm getting older and am married so the 'chicks dig the label' thing doesn't cut it anymore (do they really though? Ah yeah, they do :D )....

Heritage never arrived on Friday. Reception asked me to stop stalking them :(. G&L is in Cologne. I feel like a kid the night before Christmas

I know how you feel. Waiting for delivery is the hardest part. Here's what I'm doing waiting for the tokai. Go to bed early and sleep til about 3pm next day. The more time you spend sleeping the less you are waiting for delivery. Unless you're dreaming of it too in which case I recommend therapy :p Hopefully monday we'll both get the guitars :o

I'm thinking of revamping my rig and going down the G&L + Heritage root this year. A Legacy and a H150cm would be so incredibly sweet. Quite cheap too!

I think 'cheaper' is a better word to use! My VISA is due in about 3 weeks so I'm gonna have to figure a way of not letting the boss see the total owed

Actually, you're right. You've gotta give a long and detailed review when you get them both. I'm really interested to hear your opinions.

Waiting sucks. Got a Schecter 7 string in the post somewhere and the waiting hurts. Kennier I share your pain :(

Man, I kinda love waiting for a guitar. It is indeed very "Night before christmas" and really just brings you back to being a kid again. Jumping up every time the doorbell goes thinking "Santa?" :D
