Got a NTL mini set top box. Wanting to record sum shows to my pc. what do i need. I have a winTv card that gets the like of rte and the like, on the pc. was thinking of running standard cable of coaxial cable to the back of my pc. quality is not really a issue, As the shows are old. once i can see and hear them and they be of vhs quality i be happy enough. So any tips folks.

just use the scart-out connection on the back of the NTL pace box, output as S-Video/S-VHS or Composite plus RCA-to-3.5mm stereo line-in jack and run that over to the PC.

That's what we're doing at home using a WinTV PCI.
