GTA Xbox Trouble

    dunno if this is the wrong place to be asking for help but here it goes....

    i have been playing GTA3 on the xbox a lot lately.
    i am having trouble with the cheats though.

    i am entering them and nothing is happening.
    maybe 1 in every 20 times it will work.

    anyone know what the story is ?

    you should try using the d pad to enter directions and you have to enter the codes reasonably quickly.

    For the directional key presses, you have to get it spot on, it can be difficult to get the hang of buy once you're used to it you should be able to do it quickly..

    Why cheat though? it ruins games

    also there are different cheats on different sites for the same thing.

    which one do i use ? are there ones that are betterthan others?

    To be honest, i havent come across this, i usually go to www.cheatplanet.com for my cheats and they seem to work always, so give them a try :-)

    ya i am doing it quickly , and i think i am doing it right.
    on the PS2 it works first time all the time.
    just thought there was something i was doing wrong.

    just using the cheats for the laugh.
    i don't feel it ruins them really ,
