Was trying to get this last night and for the life of me I can't figure it out! The bridge goes C#m/A/ and then I can't get the last bit.

Any help appreciated. (I checked all the tabs online and no-one seems to have it). I'm hoping some of you sh*t-hot guitarists will intuitively know what it is.
