    You're welcome Aidan! :D

I'd only be interested in attending irregularly but I'll pass it on to my brother who will be very interested. Bmc, JohnS and myself may do a roadtrip if you get it going :)

We may even volunteer to deal!!
Good on you for giving it a go. I'll get back to you with a pm .

I'm now working in Kilkenny and would be interested in finding regular Hold'em games

where would it be? a pub or house , or more to the point, smoking or non smoking.
while I live in Roscrea Might be able to get a few down at times.
The smoking bit would be important as 3 of us smoke , a lot.

there is a weekly holdem tourney in oloughlins hurling club on a thursday night at about 9, usually about 15-20 in with one rebuy or topup for half price..

yesterday there was over 40 there , first (my brother) got 600, then 300 200 100 down...

PM me if you want directions etc..

NOTE:- prepare to be outdrawn by flush gut shot junkies

It would be in my house, more than likely non smoking, but the room its in has outside door so there would be no problem standing for a quick fag in sight of the tables.... PM me with numbers for the first probable game last friday of this month..

There seems to be a good bit of interest so fill me in as soon as you can.

Have you any preferances as regards tourney type, etc, at the moment the fav is 50e double chance freezout starting at about 8 going on until its finished, maybe 4.00

    Thanks Aidan,

I'm at St Johns Gate on Castlecomer Road, directions would be great, but I won't be in Kilkenny this Thursday (11th), and there is a tournament on at Hotel Kilkenny the following Thursday (18th), so it probably will be the Thursday after (25th).

    Cheers.
