New job / Overtime Q

    Hey there,

    I have a question about my overtime entitliments in a job I just started.

    I have been working for a cretain company for a while now and just changed position & dept.
    Now the new job to which i moved requires me to do quite a bit of overtime but wont pay me for it. me = slightly annoyed :mad:

    I questioned why this is and got told that I earn too much to be paid O/T.
    Strange thing is that I am on exactley the same wage as before and the provious dept paid all overtime!!

    I have recieved a new contract (ammendment) and cannot see anything which says that now I am not entitled to O/T.

    Any idea what my rights are in this case?
