I have an ISO image of a Linux distribution and I want to put it on a flash drive instead of cd. Is there any way of uncompressing the image. I have nero but no working burner.

You could mount the image using daemon tools and copy the files to the flash drive.

What would happen to the boot info???
Is it contained differently in Linux distros than normal windws boot CD's which El Torito Bootable CD-ROM's contain????

If you are running Windows use the Virtual CDRom Control Panel available from Microsoft.
