How does it figure you're popularity? and experience? Just saw it there, i'll take a guess on popularity, as in tk's? and forgiving people?

popularity is how many times you get commended by a commander
if you are in a good squad or a squad leader and the commander commends you its recorded

Ah so that's what that "You're the finest squad i've ever set eyes on" or whatever is?

I didn't realise that was specific to a squad. I kept hearing the commander saying it and thought it was just to everyone on my specific side (MEC/USMC/PLA)
