Ah, I'd say you could chance it. Only if you're feeling lucky, and the wind's blowing in the right direction.

I made the move on a Friday 13th thinking that it was lucky for some.... Two weeks later we had a house fire and lost everything except the four walls... Windows and all blew out... Frightening experience as four of us were asleep in the house at the time... (It was approx 6.00am)

I am not a superstitious person but will never move in on a Friday or the 13th of any month again...

Its all just superstition, if your superstitious then leave it until you feel comfortable because otherwise you'll be on edge about it the whole time. If you not a superstitious person then move in, dont really believe in superstition. Nobody really seems to know exactly when it is or isnt bad luck anyway so i'd say to hell with it just move in.

I'd say it's a good idea. If you find things that really have to be done *now*, then you've all weekend to correct them. On the other hand, if things like gas, ESB, etc are turned off, then you've to wait till Monday (at least) to get them turned on.

In Greece your first foot in the place has to be the right foot (or the left, I forget).

Jesus Dwayne is this really a serious question? What are you going to do,count up all the replys and let the dumbasses of boards decide your fate.Get some balls and decide for yourself.I bet you are a wee sheep who wears vintage t-shirts because everybody else does.Ok, if you still have a real, original issue E.T. t-shirt from the '80's, that's somewhat amusing, if little more. If some modern corporation takes a brand new t-shirt and washes it 100 times until it's shrunken and faded, and then stamps a retarded Old Navy logo on it, that is NOT vintage. That's just stupid. How are you going to even pretend that a lame Old Navy T-shirt is from the '70's when the company itself wasn't even around until the mid 90's? Here's your one way ticket to pretentious-ville. That'll be twenty euro please. To be honest you don't deserve a house.
anyway hope all goes well for ya
