question about progressive scan ?

    As far as I know, and this isn't gospel it doesn't matter what cable you use, once the TV can display progressive scan images. Again I don't your tv needs anything special, as it's imbedded into the signal, IE Line Sync Pulse and Broad pulse.... it's more dependant on the was the beams or light are focused and what order etc.... again not gospel.

    as said above link doesn't work but usually you do need component to get progressive scan onto a tv, definitely can't drive it with any kind of analog input...
    You may have a scart with component built in?

    Other connections : Antenna IEC75, Audio constant level out, DVI-D, FM antenna, PC in VGA & audio L/R in
    Front / Side connections : Audio in, CVBS in , Headphone out, S video in

    reading the specs probably helps ;)
