    Its always been utter ****. You pretty much have to phone them to check if they have something, and go in in person to buy it... website is a product catalogue for the shop in 2002 or so, it seems.

    I've emailed them about it before. It got fixed for a day and then it was gone again.

    That could be the problem. The error that comes up seems to be a database error. They could be getting that because they are adding new things to the database and increasing it's size and the website expects it to stay the same size ro something like that.
