I went to the thoroughbred GP/group c sportscars at silverstone at the weekend. And the Donington museum. Here are some pics of interesting cars. I put a thread up in motorsport too, of race cars. Hope you find them interesting.

Cant be many in Ireland. I know of one, in the Mondello museum, a 1991 belongs to Martin Birrane.
A nice one should cost me about 75000 or so.

I would never even consider buying one off ebay - history is everything with these. 1 missing stamp/service and the value drops. But you dont want a very low mileage one either, as leaving them sitting up can be detrimental. Vrt on a 1987 one is 13500 euro last i checked.
    F40 cost about 190k sterling, F50 350k sterling.
    Testarossa has 390bhp and a 4.9 flat 12 engine.

i was looking on the net a while back and the f40/50 are mad money.and people still buy them but i donot know why.as you can get 1 and a half ferrari f430 with that money.
i know they are nice cars but you cannot go wrong with a f430.:D

How do you insure all your cars, do you have a trade policy.

    Great pictures there Kersh!
Love the SZ, one of my favourite cars and probably the best photo
    I've seen of one too.

BTW. there are numerous Testarossas and 512TRs in the North. There are always some in for servicing at Charles Hurst, Ferrari Belfast.
